Lemon Drop Cruffles

A "cruffle" is a deliciously, moist mixture of cake and frosting that I hand-dip in dark, milk or white chocolate.  These golf-ball sized treats are perfect for any party, business meeting, or family function and look great mixed with your favorite cookies on dessert trays.  I keep ingredients on hand for chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, white almond, lemon drop, coconut and irish cream, so I have a 2 dozen minimum on these flavors.

Custom colors and different flavors from my list can be made for your event, but there is a 4 dozen minimum on these special requests.  My flavor combinations are only limited your imagination, therefore pricing can vary.

2 dozen minimum when placing an order for cruffles (same flavor, please). 

BTW - The cake is FULLY baked before mixing with frosting... therefore the "moistness" is from the frosting that it's blended with and NOT because I underbaked the cake batter ;o)

Cake Pops

"What is a Cake Pop?", you may ask.  Well, it's simply a cruffle on a stick. Delicious bites of moist cake, blended with your favorite frosting and dipped in white, milk or dark chocolate.  Decorated with pretty sprinkles, nuts, chocolate chips or anything else edible and fun!  These make great party treats, baby shower favors or just a fun treat to take to a work, school or family function instead of a boring cookie tray.  Each Cake Pop will be individually wrapped and tied with a pretty bow.
