FALL WREATH CAKE - CLASS INFORMATION:
DATE: Wednesday, November 15, 2023
TIME: 6pm - 8pm
COST: $75

I will be hosting a cake decorating class at The Porch Peddler's Workshop in Ebensburg. The address for The Porch Peddler - 927 West High Street - Ebensburg, PA (located in the Subway Plaza).
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Everything needed to complete the cake as shown will be included. I will have some of the prep work done in advance to be sure this class is fun and moves along quickly. During this class, you will learn to level, fill and stack an 8" double-layer cake and each of the icing colors will be mixed -by you- during our class. I will teach you how to fill and use piping bags and how to accomplish this amazingly simple textured buttercream design on the sides. We will make the fondant pumpkins during our class time and I will show you how to do a buttercream "grapevine" wreath, how to pipe buttercream leaves (using 2 shades of green), do simple (but cute) drop flowers to jazz up the wreath during class. I will provide everything needed to complete the cake as shown. This is a cake large enough to share with your family (serves 18-20). Join us for a FUN FALL (or even remake it for your Thanksgiving table) CAKE!!
*This specific class will include (6) gel colors, (6) icing tips, (6) couplers, one angled spatula, orange & brown fondant (for pumpkins) and scraper. {Your 'take home kit' items}.
IMPORTANT INFO:
*Registrations will be accepted from now until 11/5/2023 (10-days prior) or until I reach a FULL CLASS.
*Class must be PRE-PAID so that I can get all supplies ordered, shipped and organized for the class.
*Class will start ON TIME. No late arrivals!! Please arrive EARLY so you have time to get your supplies, find a spot and get comfortable before we begin at 6pm. If you are more than 10 minutes late for the class, payment will be forfeited. No refunds given due to late arrivals.
*If you must cancel after you have PAID, please contact me. If we can find someone to take your spot, I will gladly refund you class fees.
*Class is geared toward anyone but more appropriate for over 13.
*Registration cost is for ONE PERSON/ONE CAKE KIT. Do separate registrations for each person attending.
*Part of the registration fee includes a "Start-up Kit". The items included are listed above in the class description.
