Delivery

I can deliver your cake to your party location for a minimum of $15 (longer distances more, but that will be discussed once the delivery location is determined).  Sometimes customers don't have time to pick up the cake before the party or they are just not comfortable transporting a cake in the car.  In these cases, customers find the delivery fee is well worth it!  Let me know if you do want it delivered and the cost will be discussed & added to your invoice.

Picking Up Your Cake

~I strongly recommend delivery on any stacked or tiered cake~ 
If you wish to pick up any cake, no matter the size, please have a flat area of your vehicle ready for transporting.  Floor or trunk/hatch area of your vehicle work best.  Cake held on a passenger's lap or placed on the seat of the vehicle is NEVER recommended!!  Sudden stopping will cause the cake to shift and smash inside the box.  If the cake was placed on the seat of the vehicle - it will smash on the floor or against the dash, causing total destruction!

• Driving:
  Drive slow, do NOT speed!  Carefully drive over speed bumps, use caution when you need to stop and take turns SLOWLY!  Any sudden movements can cause the cake to shift - especially quick turns and sudden stops with a stacked cake.
• Storing:
 Keep your cake in a cool area out of direct sunlight until serving.  Most cakes can be stored on a table or counter until it's time for the party.   Some fillings require refrigeration - I will inform you if your cake needs to be kept in the fridge.


If any of the above occur after you have picked up the cake which results in damage to the cake, I will not be responsible for any of the damage or consequential damages or expenses that you incur.
