Collin & Laura chose a 3-tier buttercream cake with all buttercream details for their Christmas wedding celebration at Ace's in Johnstown. The roses were both red and white and all the piping work was done in white buttercream frosting with a few sugar pearls scattered throughout the design. I also provided 3 flavors of cupcakes for guests: Snickerdoodle with Cinnamon Cream filling & frosting, Red Velvet with White Chocolate filling and Cream Cheese frosting and Banana with Banana Cream filling and Buttercream frosting.
*October - 2024* Stynchula/Noble Wedding
Gracie & Tyler celebrated at the beautiful SanaView Farms Winery & Cafe with this heart shaped Pumpkin Spice Cake with Gob Cream filling. They wanted the "old-school" piping and buttercream work on this cake with gold lettering to read "From the Ground Up". I also provided 16-dozen cupcakes for guests. Although you will see cookies in the background of the cupcake photos - I did not make any of the cookies shown.
*October - 2024* Ryen/Hinton Wedding
Congratulations to Kallynn & Matthew as they celebrated with a Friday wedding at The Willow in Johnstown, They chose a 3-tier "birch tree" cake with silk flowers. The top cake was White Almond with Strawberry Buttercream filling, the middle was Devil's Chocolate Chunk with Peanut Butter Cream filling and the bottom was White Almond with White Chocolate Buttercream filling. This entire cake was iced with White Chocolate Buttercream frosting and hand painted to look like a "birch tree". Their topper was custom made with their exact faces (oh my...to see it in person... it was fabulous!) and their two puppies by their side. They also chose 3 different cupcake options for guests.
*September - 2024* Reasor/Reifendifer Wedding
This beautiful "boho" cake was Lemon with Raspberry Buttercream/Raspberry Puree filling and iced with Ivory colored buttercream. The wedding and the reception were both held at the gorgeous Hinckston Run Farms. The cake was simply iced with Ivory buttercream smooth and then I used a buttercream technique to add a vertical textured pattern to the front only. It was dressed with feathers, fans and dried flowers.
*August - 2024* Graham/Patterson Wedding
his 2-tier buttercream cake was delivered to Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Vintondale for the Graham/Patterson wedding. The cake was (top) Banana/Banana Cream and (bottom) Devil's Chocolate/Gob Cream with Swiss Meringue buttercream frosting on both tiers. I did a palm leaf stencil on the bottom tier. There were also cupcakes for guests - Red Velvet/Cream Cheese and White Almond/Vanilla Buttercream.
*August - 2024* Raffeinner/Allen Wedding
This 2-tier ribbon cake was White Almond with Buttercream filling and frosting. The cake had silk eucalyptus leaves and silk flowers and they incorporated their little dog into the design by giving me a figuring to use on the cake board (it's sneaking some wedding cake). I also provided cupcakes for more guest servings. It was delivered to Joiner Family Farms.
*August - 2024* Widmar/Hartman Wedding
This gorgeous 2-tier buttercream "birch tree" wedding cake was delivered to The Barn at Rayne Run in Marion Center. The top cake was Devil's Chocolate Chunk with Vanilla Buttercream filling and the bottom cake was Banana with Chocolate Cream filling. The flowers were silk. I also provided cupcakes for guests. They. had the same flavor combinations as the cake for cupcake flavors.
*August - 2024* Schenk/Miller Wedding
This beautiful cake was set up at Joiner Family Farms in Northern Cambria. The bride wanted a lace design on the front but loved a cake I did a bit back where I hand-piped a lace design. She requested a similar design but wanted the lace piping to start on the bottom tier and trail to the top cake. The flowers were silk. I also provided cupcakes (Snickerdoodle/Cinnamon, Cookies & Cream and Lemon/LemonCurd/Strawberry Buttercream) and cookies to round out their cookie table selection.
*July - 2024* Weaver/Coy Wedding
This wedding reception was held at La Ferme Rouge in Patton, PA. The bride and groom chose a 2-tier smooth buttercream design with hand-painted greenery on the front of the cake. The top tier of the cake was Devil's Chocolate Chunk with Vanilla Buttercream filling and the bottom tier was Vanilla with Vanilla Buttercream filling. Their wedding colors were gold, plum and mauve, so some gumpaste flowers were incorporated into the design to match the decor. In addition to the cake, they also ordered 17-dozen cupcakes for guests in four flavor combinations: Snickerdoodle/Cinnamon Cream, Vanilla/Raspberry, Devil's Chocolate Chunk/Peanut Butter and Banana/Whipped Buttercream.
*June - 2024* McKirgan/Buzi Wedding
This 3-tier cake was delivered to Chestnut Ridge Golf Resort in Blairsville. The bride & groom loved the look of a classic 'ribbon' buttercream design and requested it in a 3-tier wedding cake. It was dressed with fresh roses and baby's - provided by their florist. I also baked three "kitchen" cakes for additional guest servings. All cakes were White Almond Cake with Brown Butter Buttercream filling.
*June - 2024* Harper/Stover Wedding
This 2-tier "Birch Tree" cake was set up at the lovely White Lily Farm in Kittanning. The Bride & Groom were married on-site and celebrated in the gorgeous barn with family & friends. In addition to the cake, I also provided 8-dozen cupcakes for guests.
*May - 2024* Carnahan/Young Wedding
This elegant cake was set up and delivered to The Roost Event Center in Mahaffey. The bride and groom wanted a super smooth buttercream design with just a simple bead border between the tiers. They wanted an elegant satin ribbon that was tied in a bow and cascaded from the top cake to the cake table below. Their last name is YOUNG and they picked a clever cake topper for their design. There was also a cake in the kitchen for extra guest servings.

This 2-tier buttercream cake was set up and delivered to The Chetremon Golf & Event Venue in Cherry Tree. The bride and groom chose an elegant ribbon texture on their cake, dressed with silk flowers and then cupcakes for their guests. They also requested some cookies to round out their cookie table.
