You have many choices when it comes to your wedding cake.  You can buy from a local grocery store bakery, you can have a family member bake it or you can find someone who you know will make exactly what you want.  I strive to be that baker that bakes what you want for your special day.  

I have a vast variety of cake flavors, fillings and icings for you to make your wedding day one you will remember.  If you need some help deciding what flavors you want, I will be more than happy to help you with your decision.  Also, consider doing one of my "tasting boxes".  This will give you some idea what flavor combinations work together.

I am a bit different from large bakeries.  When my children were small, I decided to only do 10-14 wedding cakes per calendar year so I still had weekends with them.  My kids are now all grown up - but I have decided NOT to change my policy.  I enjoy doing wedding cakes occasionally, but I don't want to be doing one (or two ... or three) every single weekend.  I usually hit my '10-14 wedding cake limit' by late May/early June each year.  So the sooner you contact me about your BIG DAY ... the better.  I tend to book up quickly and turn many couples away.
