I am a very small, custom baker. ALL ITEMS baked in my kitchen either "CONTAIN" or "MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH" the following ingredients that are present in my commercial kitchen: WHEAT, EGGS, DAIRY, MILK, SOY, CINNAMON or NUTS (both TREE NUTS and PEANUTS).
I can not accomidate any GLUTEN FREE or GLUTEN SENSITIVE orders. My facility is not set up to keep everything separate (as required) and wheat flour is always present in my bakery :-).
If you have an allergy to any of the above ingredients listed, please make sure I am aware BEFORE placing an order with me. I do have some "nut-free" customers that I do bake for - very limited client base - but I also refer a lot of these requests to other bakers.
