EASTER CAKE CLASS
CLASS INFORMATION:
Date: Saturday, April 8th
Time: 9:30am - 11:30am
Cost: $65 (includes supplies to take home after the class)
Location: Brush Valley Chapel Fellowship Hall (Rte 259 N. Brush Valley)
I will be hosting an EASTER Cake Decorating class in the Fellowship Hall (basement) of the Brush Valley Chapel in Brush Valley, PA. The address for the church is 3021 Route 259 Hwy. N, Indiana PA 15701 (Brush Valley Township) - between my bakery & Yellow Creek State Park. Brush Valley Chapel is known for hosting the Pancake & Sausage dinners on election days.
MAKE YOUR OWN EASTER CAKE!
Everything needed to complete one of the designs above (your choice) will be included for the class. You will have three cake flavor choices - flavor selection on the ordering form below. In this class you will learn to level your cake, fill and frost with buttercream and decorate the cake. You will also make your own CROSS or EASTER BUNNY decoration out of fondant (cross shown is chocolate but we will be making fondant ones that day) during this class. It's a FUN CLASS and this is open to anyone.
**These will be 8" cakes that serve approximately 20 people (so large enough to take to Grandma's for Easter dinner).**
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*Registrations accepted until March 29, 2023 (10 days prior to class) or until I reach a FULL CLASS.
*Class must be PRE-PAID so I can order all my supplies and have them organized for class night.
*Class will start ON-TIME! No late arrivals! Please arrive early so you have time to get your supplies, find a spot and get comfortable before we begin at 9:30am. I am hosting a morning class so everyone still has the rest of the day to prepare for the holiday on Sunday.
*If you cancel after you have PAID, please contact me. If I can find someone to take your spot I will refund you.
*Class is geared toward ANYONE. A group of ladies attending together, Mommy (or Daddy) & Child (just remember: the younger the child - the more work will fall on the parent...) or a teenager. I do request that a parent attend if the child is under 12 years old.
*Part of the class fee includes a "START UP KIT". The kit is included in the class price and you will TAKE HOME the items in the kit to add to your own kitchen supplies. In each class that I host, I include different items in their "start up kit". They are specific to the cake we are making that day (ex: gel color, offset spatula, piping tips, cookie cutter, etc.) and these "take home" supplies are included in the class price since I order them for you to keep.
