DIY (Decorate-It-Yourself) Cake Kits!

I recently started putting together some very fun “cake-kits” for families to do together. During the recent COVID-19 shut-down (late winter/Spring/early Summer of 2020), I was seeing a lot of posts on Facebook about how BORED their children were locked in at home. I just decided to try doing some fun cakes where families could purchase, take home and do with their kids. Fun project to entertain the parents & kids for a bit and then a “kid-made” dessert for the family dinner that evening.

Theses kits were a HUGE HIT!

I still do them when I have time (close to holiday’s) and they sell out quickly. I offer them for sale on my FB page but I also have customers private order them for kids birthday’s. Families have found that their kids LOVE to decorate their own birthday cake. So you can order one for any reason - just message me via my CONTACT ME tab and let me know the details - and I will check to see if I can fit one in my schedule.

I provide:
* 1 pre-baked & pre-iced 6” cake
* 3 pastry bags of colored buttercream
* 2-couplers/2-pastry tips (tips vary)
* 1-cup of festive sprinkles
​* some kind of pre-made fondant detail(s) (face, flowers, etc) to match the cake theme & buttercream colors

DIY “Kids-Kookie-Kits”

Same concept as the Cake Kits above. I actually started doing these much earlier than the cake kits. I took a leap of faith and put together some “kids-kookie-kits” for Thanksgiving 2019 - customers LOVED them and asked if I would do them for Christmas that year. I sure did (I believe I made over 80 kits with 1-dozen cookies in each box). More people saw them and wanted them for additional holiday’s, so I made them for Valentine’s Day.... THEN the Pandemic hit! (ugh!). During the coronavirus pandemic shut-down I did a lot for Easter and several fun themes just to keep the kids entertained.

I provide:
* 1-dozen pre-baked sugar cookies
* 3 pastry bags of colored buttercream
* 3 cups of festive sprinkles
