CHEESECAKES..... (whoop-whoop)!

What can I say...cream cheese, eggs and sugar whipped together and baked in the oven turns into delicious, creamy CHEESECAKE!!!  When I changed my licensing through the state from a "home" bakery to a "commercial" bakery, it opened up all kinds of possibilities in my kitchen.  I can now bake these awesome cheesecakes.  I sell them by the slice at Pudliner's Country Store in Armagh.
