'BACK-to-SCHOOL' CAKE POP ORDER FORM:
I will have these ready for pick-up on Friday, August 21st. I will be in touch via email/text with each customer to arrange a pick-up time once they are ready. These keep in the refrigerator for up to 2-weeks.

** Cake Pops will be dipped in melted Vanilla Chocolate Wafers (except for the Triple Chocolate Cake Pops, which will be milk chocolate). Colors of cake pops/sprinkles WILL vary from the photo shown. It will depend on what colors of candy wafers & sprinkles are available the week I shop.
