Cruffles & Cake Pops:
Cake Truffles or “Cruffles” are delicious bites of cake, blended with frosting and hand-dipped in a thick layer of dark, milk or white chocolate.  Approximately the size of a golf ball, they make a great addition to any party, baby shower or cookie tray.  Cake Pops are Cruffles on a lollipop stick, individually wrapped and tied with a pretty bow.  Fancy Cake Pops also available (contact me for details). Flavors Available: Most anything on my cake list can be made into Cake Pops/Cruffles

Gobs:
I make Basic and Gourmet Gobs in three different sizes for purchase. 
 
BITE SIZE “Silver-Dollar” GOBS - These are perfect for cookie trays - baby showers, bridal showers or wedding cookie trays.  These are super tiny (one bite goodness), but are the perfect size to mix in with other cookies or desserts.  I almost always do Chocolate Gobs with Vanilla Cream in this size but message me if you need another flavor.  “Silver Dollar” GOBS - $8.50/dozen (unwrapped)
 
 MINI GOBS - For small personal orders, gob trays, and variety boxes and sold in local stores as “minis”.  These are the smaller, traditional size that you would make at home.  Roughly 2-1/2” in diameter.
 
LARGE GOBS - I normally only make the “Large” Gobs for the local stores, but they can be purchased for private orders.  Roughly 3”-3-1/2” in diameter.

**If you are looking for a cookie not listed – PLEASE ASK!!  I can look up a recipe or it may be a cookie I do make but I never put it on this list (I’m always tweaking and updating).   Some of my “cookie tray” cookies from past holiday trays are NOT LISTED, but if you have a favorite from those holiday trays … I can get you a price.
